Acceptable Use

Coffee Ledger provides a label scanning feature that uses your device's camera and photo library to extract text from images. When using this feature, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture, store, and process any image you provide to the app. This includes photographs of coffee bag labels, screenshots, and any other images you choose to scan.
• You will not use the scanning feature to process content that infringes on the intellectual property rights, privacy, or other legal rights of third parties.
• You will comply with the terms of any website, service, or printed material from which you obtain images you process with the app (for example, the terms of use of e-commerce sites).
• Coffee Ledger processes all images locally on your device and does not transmit them anywhere. Even so, you alone are responsible for the content you choose to scan and store within the app.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when using the app, including copyright, trademark, and privacy laws.

Coffee Ledger is intended for personal coffee tracking. Use the scanning feature only for content that is clearly within the scope of personal, non-commercial use.
